who is Krishna?

Krishna, also known as govinda is the supreme god in gaudiya vaishnavism.(vaishnavism being the worship of Vishnu who is the lord of preservation and the goodness state of mind) gaudiya vaishnavism is worship of Krishna a avatar( incarnation) of Vishnu for Hindus and normal vaishnavas but for gaudiya vaishnavas they worship Vishnu as an avatar of Krishna. Now I shall list the avatars of govinda (which refers to Vishnu and Krishna)
